Do I need to have worked with you before?Nope! While many members are returning clients, The RESET Circle is open to new clients too. If you’re a right fit for this level of support - strategic, consistent, and light-touch, you’re welcome to join.

How is this different from a group programme or course?There’s no content library, modules, or overwhelm here. This isn’t a passive experience - it’s a live, personalised support container. You get monthly 1:1 calls, real-time feedback loops, and direct access to me via Slack. Think of it as your strategic safety net and rhythm-builder, not a one-size-fits-all programme.

Can I ask questions between calls?Yes. You’ll have access to our private Slack space, where you can ask questions, get feedback, or connect with the group. I respond personally during feedback loop windows twice a month and the group is active in between for peer support.

What’s the 1:1 call format?Each month, you get a 30-minute 1:1 session with me booked via my calendar on your terms. This is your time to get personalised guidance, work through a decision, or plan your next move. Calls don’t roll over, which helps keep your momentum steady.

What’s the commitment?There’s an initial 3-month minimum commitment to allow for traction, followed by a flexible monthly rolling option. If you commit to 6 months upfront, you’ll receive a bonus 90-minute Business Growth Assessment to use to get you kick started. The Reset Circle is designed to fit into your schedule, not take over your life. Expect to spend: ✔ 30 minutes on your 1:1 call ✔ 90 minutes in planning ✔ 90 minutes in the business clinic ✔ As much or as little time in the community as you choose On average, members dedicate 3-5 hours a month to the programme but the more you put in, the more you’ll get out. Whilst strategically designed for you take part in everything, The RESET Circle is a take what you need approach and still feel the benefits.

How many people are in The RESET Circle?To ensure you receive personalised support and meaningful connections, spaces are limited to 12 participants [Maximum ever will be no more than 16] The more people in the community, the more brains to support you, the more eyes to cast over your business, the more feedback and research to refine your ideas and the more fun we all have together! The best part about all of this is your access to me does not get diminished with more members because you get your 1:1 time with me every month and the opportunity to receive further feedback and support twice a month.

What’s the wellbeing component?Quarterly wellbeing check-ins are led by our in-house practitioner, Lauren Lepley a certified positive psychology coach and 360° health expert. These sessions help you regulate your nervous system, manage stress, and build resilience as you grow your business sustainably.

Can I cancel anytime?As standard you will have 14 days from the date of signing the contract change your mind and receive a full refund of any payments received. [We reserve the right to deduct any payments for services already received within this time frame]. Once the 14 days have passed you have committed into The RESET Circle for the length of time you signed up (3-6 months). After your 3-month minimum, you can cancel at any time with 14 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. If you’re on a 6-month commitment to receive the bonus assessment, we ask that you honour the full 6 months before exiting.
